Wrath is a high sin on the scale, but the participant has made progress./nRelative to other sins in the participant's life, wrath is not often yelled at or taken revenge, but the participant can more easily reflect on where they are relative to where they were before./nThe participant has been doing some what is called reappraisal, which is changing what they're thinking about.
