Demonstrating Curiosity Through Thought Process and Action

Curiosity can be demonstrated through what people have built and why, the need they were trying to solve, who inspired them, and their willingness to use new tools. For those not in a builder mode, curiosity can be shown through successful project experiences, understanding specific responsibilities, and reflecting on what could have been done differently, what exceeded expectations, and what went wrong. Real curiosity emerges when individuals actively engage in reflection, even in their proudest projects, and acknowledge areas for improvement.
