Trauma refers to events or circumstances that alter the brain and nervous system, leading to maladaptive responses. These traumas can be categorized as micro traumas, known as 'small T', or macro traumas, referred to as 'big T,' which can be a single significant event or a series of events.

In this episode, my guest is Dr. Becky Kennedy, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist, bestselling author, and founder of Good Inside, an education platform for parents and parents-to-be.
