Acknowledging and processing feelings is crucial as unprocessed emotions can spill over and affect our interactions with others. Unprocessed feelings can lead to overreactions and impact others negatively, while acknowledging and processing them allows us to be fully present and handle situations better. Processing feelings involves examining them, allowing ourselves to feel them, and then putting them aside to avoid being burdened by them throughout the day.
