Structured Foundational Fitness Protocol

The foundational fitness protocol consists of three resistance training sessions and three cardiovascular training sessions per week, with one rest day. Each workout session is not particularly long, lasting around 60 to 75 minutes. The protocol begins with training legs on day one, followed by a complete rest day. The subsequent day involves a cardiovascular training session. It is flexible to start the protocol on any day of the week and includes options for deliberate heat or cold exposure on rest days, although not compulsory.
