Maximizing Time with Hub and Spoke Technique
The key to maximizing time is to mine the scene for one nugget or idea and get the most from it. The hub and spoke technique involves selecting one theme for each week, then creating daily posts (spokes) within that theme. The types of posts can include observations, contradictions, old model versus new model, stories, and polls. By following this technique, one can easily plan and produce content for each day, without facing writer's block or creative fatigue. Additionally, reposting or borrowing from previous ideas and making simple changes, such as adding an image to a previously text-only post, can also be an effective time-saving strategy.
