To find fulfillment and clarity in life, I spent three years defining my values and principles. I created a to-do list for each principle and tracked them Monday through Friday. For example, to prioritize family, I made sure to be home by 6 o'clock every night and have family dinner. I tracked about 25 measurables in total. This helped me prioritize what is essential to me.
