Running a business wasn't fun because I didn't relate to my employees. I wanted ambitious, like-minded people who shared my goals, but instead I had people who just wanted to leave work early. And it wasn't inspiring. We even had issues with theft. So now, my minimum requirement is just finding someone who won't steal from us. There's a lesson from a TV show where they fired a guy for smoking crack on his first day. My dad told me that whether it's a small or big business, you'll still be spending all your waking moments trying to make it successful. So why not choose a big business?
