This not only helped in streamlining the positioning process, but also led to the development of a repeatable process and framework. As a result, the speaker considered creating a detailed blog post or book to explain the process, which could help smaller companies to self-serve and save time by avoiding numerous coffee meetings. This would also allow for smarter discussions and provide a resource for CEOs in the speaker's market space.
