Successful leadership requires changing the culture by obtaining buy-in at all levels of the organization, starting with a clear vision in the leader's mind and involving the team in vision boarding. In a real leader situation, it might be necessary to move slower to ensure buy-in, especially in organizations with a history or pockets of resistance to change. Entrepreneurial leaders may move quickly but might also need substantial buy-in. In some cases, starting something new is easier than changing an existing culture, as immediate changes are sometimes necessary.
