Building Context in Customer Support

We wanted to make giving feedback easy and quick, with an intuitive form. People liked the simplicity and pleasantness of it. We also aim to provide excellent customer support by having all the context of interactions with customers. This prevents the need to repeat information and improves the customer experience. Companies could benefit from productizing this idea and giving customers a sense of their full history with the company.
