How to Kickstart Recovery Immediately After a Workout

There is evidence that suggests fastpaced music may slow down your recovery and slow paced would actually enhance it./nYou can use what we call down regulation breathing. You could do them in conjunction or one or the other, whichever is up to you. My personal favorite method here is somewhere between three to ten minutes of finishing your training session./nTen minutes is probably better, but if you can just at least give me three, that'll work./nIf you're really, really resistant, you can actually do that just in the shower.
