Learning to Communicate Effectively with Leadership Teams

The speaker initially encountered challenges when trying to bring new ideas to their leadership team, realizing that their approach was not sophisticated. They learned that expecting others to be as excited and fearful as they were about the new ideas was unreasonable. The speaker recognized that the need for change resided within themselves, leading to mindful conversations at the leadership level and then cascading down to middle managers. As a virtual company with staff across North America, they held an all-staff event in July 2023.
