To be a transformative leader, a principal can take a piece of their current responsibilities and offer it to someone else who is eager to take on more significant leadership roles. This act not only fosters the growth of potential leaders but also aligns with the goal of creating empire builders. By identifying a specific task or role within their current responsibilities and inviting someone else to step into that role, a principal can effectively empower others and drive transformational leadership within their organization.

- Our job title becomes a uniform we can’t take off, rather than being a value we bring to the school

- What are some of the roles that I can offload to someone else?
- Role Marketplace - bring your roles to the marketplace and share the load!
- The workforce increasingly wants autonomy, mastery, and purpose
- Flexible approaches to budgeting and staff assignment.
