Protein Substitution for Healthy Aging

Analyzing the effects of nutrient substitutions on healthy aging, it was observed that total protein, animal protein, and dairy protein tended to favor protein intake over other nutrients. However, substituting calories from refined carbs with animal protein did not significantly improve the odds of healthy aging. In contrast, replacing refined carbs with dairy protein showed a slight improvement in the odds of healthy aging.
