You can have an autocratic team er just makes a decision or you can have teams voting. Are afraid of repercussions. There are situations like mistake a pirate ship. Iave problems with group decisions.

My guest today is celebrated research psychologist Gary Klein who has spent nearly 50 years studying how and why people make the decisions they do.
