Focus on Stillness Enhances Awareness
Awareness can be cultivated by first concentrating on the breath, leading to a still mind. Once the mind settles into stillness, attention should shift to the normalcy of the mind, maintaining an awareness of the breath without direct focus on it. This practice allows one to be fully conscious of both the breath and the stable state of the mind, facilitating a deeper understanding of one's actions during physical activities.
