The importance of trust and collaboration

Collaboration requires bravery and trust. Trust enables us to aim higher and take risks. In a successful team, trust is at the heart of their success. Trust allows us to know that someone has our back. Trust was essential when our crew captured a supply ship using the robotic arm. Despite not automatically knitting together, we did great work. I was even willing to extend my mission for another six months with these people.
