Fourier's Great Project Was to Discover Laws of Human Relations to Match Newton's Physics

Saint Simon and Charles Fourier were social critics who believed that society should be adjusted to fit the individual, rather than the other way around. Fourier developed detailed theories about creating an ideal environment for individuals and communities to flourish through human attraction and passion. He proposed complex networks of four-story complexes where each member would work and live according to their own talents and passions. This would transform labor into pleasure and alleviate human conflict, poverty, and misery.
