Leaders should involve their team in creating plans and solutions, rather than dictating them. By presenting the situation and asking for input, team members are more likely to take ownership and believe in the plan. Leaders should acknowledge that they don't always have the best answers and should leverage the collective intelligence of the team. Selling the vision and involving team members in the planning process not only motivates them but also empowers them to contribute effectively towards achieving the goals.
