The key to scaling is starting by doing more and then progressing to doing better. Once better is achieved, the focus shifts to doing ten times more. By identifying and addressing constraints that arise as the business scales, rapid iteration and learning become possible. Teams can iterate faster with less pressure by continuously asking what could prevent a 10x growth and addressing those constraints before moving forward. The belief that businesses will grow until they reach a point of constraint drives the process of deconstraint and continuous growth.
