Different cultures have their own unique characteristics, but at an individual level, people are fundamentally the same. Despite perceived polarization, it is uplifting to recognize this similarity. In Germany, people value punctuality and efficiency. In the US, there is a focus on extroversion and self-promotion. In Sweden, kindness and agreeableness are highly valued. However, beneath these cultural differences, individuals share the same core characteristics.
