Emerging Markets and Frontier Markets

We're much more interested in the bottoms up analysis than what it means. Some frontiers have a lot of debt. Some don't have any debt. How do you think about China? Are they still an emerging market or have they emerged? It's certainly hard to just compare it to all other emerging markets.
