A Coach Can Help Unaccountability
Just because something relates to our mental health does not mean i need to go, or should go to therapy. Many therapists are mixing and coaching in their practice, and that's appropriate. A coach can help on re framing, catching automatic negative thoughts. And they focus on weight training and prevention. If you have a heart problem, call me. We know even the pitfall of so many people's experience of therapy is actually compliance and followd through. So actually coaching can be a really effective, low cost and more accessible means of providing that physical fitness trainer to our prevention unto our overall health. That's what i hope a coach can help unaccountability.
