What is Brand Tracking and Why Does It Matter?
A brand tracking is really all the things we're doing to monitor the the impact of the brand, how people think about it. That's mostly through surveys a so we survey probably 50 to 60 thousand people a year. So those are some of the things that go into brand tracking and ideally measuring that overtime. And things can't really be reduced down to a simple set of scores or simple set of numbers.
