People may not always provide honest answers in surveys, as they may want to project a certain image. However, with a large sample size, we can be confident in our findings. Sortative mating refers to the tendency to be attracted to certain types of people for evolutionary reasons. While people tend to be drawn to those with similar backgrounds and values, this doesn't mean they will fall in love with everyone who matches those criteria.
