Adrenal burnout is not a real medical term, but adrenal insufficiency syndrome is. However, you have enough adrenaline to last three lifetimes. We need to practice deliberate decompression by spending 10 to 30 minutes each day without sensory input to improve focus and motivation. Excessive use of phones and social media prevents us from decompressing effectively. Taking time to relax without any distractions will help us focus better.
