Monitoring Saturation in Altitude Training

During altitude training, athletes may experience a decrease in oxygen saturation levels, but it is expected to increase gradually over time. Intense training too early may cause a decrease in saturation levels the following night. Therefore, saturation is considered the easiest and most interesting parameter to monitor in altitude training.
