How to Lower the Thresholds for Action

The 360 design of the OPO includes the organizational development piece, action threshold piece and then this thing called the sense making of hierarchy. Once you have people getting a sense of early cues You want to wait for that to turn into action to turn into response It doesn't make any sense to get all this subtle information if then it has to go through analysis and reports and documents and contracts and sign off By then it's too late. So you need to be able to lower the thresholds for actionYou could say empower employees. This is one of the ways we talk about that.
