Challenge yourself with the sugar cane protocol. In six minutes, cover as much distance as possible in the first two minutes. Rest for two minutes and then cover the same distance in the second round. In the third round, aim to exceed the distance covered in the first round. Rest for two minutes between rounds. You can add rounds or increase intensity to progress. Enjoy the challenge!
