At the beginning, you really want to focus on finding where's the sort of most acute viceral pain poits that someone might have within some sort of problem space or some sort of market. But i think the mistake that early stage founders make the shiny objects is they start building new products far too soon. And so i suppose is just sort of narroly sticking to this acute pain that we knew was being felt in the market.
