COVID-19 created a profound division among individuals by instilling fear and mistrust, notably through directives that encouraged people to be cautious of one another. This breakdown of trust led to heightened anxiety levels in society. Additionally, increasing screen time negatively impacts brain development and diminishes the capacity for meaningful connections and collaboration. As humans naturally mirror each other's behaviors and emotions, reliance on screens instead of personal interactions hinders our ability to support and grow with one another.
