Negotiation is about letting the other side talk and feel powerful. Collaboration is key to finding a win-win solution. Implementation, not just agreement, is crucial for success. It's important for the other side to feel ownership of the idea for effective implementation. Bad implementation or lack thereof can be detrimental to profits. Half of the deals signed by a major telecommunications company never get implemented, causing significant loss. The principle of 'yes' without 'how' is a waste of time and profit.
