How do you insure that growth teams have the ability to test and iterate without putting off engineering teams building sustainab, reliable, durable code? So ther's a few ways. If the erelevant surfaces are owned by the growth team, that that becomes less of an issue. And then ultimately, it's through collaboration with the product team. We work very closely with the productteam, day in and day out. Where there's overlap, we involve them as part of the process for the build. It's when there's no trust that the whole thing falls apart.
