Learning is not Linear

Learning is a non-linear process shaped by observational learning, the ability to mimic, and signal recognition. Some individuals are naturally more attuned to the learning environment, with a capacity to pick up more and distinguish the signal from the noise. Not all learners progress at the same pace, and coaching effectiveness is not solely dependent on conveying information, as learning is a complex, non-linear journey with ups and downs.
