NOTE

High Dose Micronutrients for Brain and Bone Health

High doses of micronutrients, particularly around 10 grams per day, have shown positive signals in improving cognition and long-term brain health in studies. As individuals age, the importance of these high doses for bone health and the brain becomes increasingly apparent. For optimal benefit, it is suggested to consume around 3 to 5 grams per day for muscles, about 8 to 10 grams for bone, and an average of about 20 grams or longer for brain health. Additionally, high doses of micronutrients are also being taken for potential anti-inflammatory effects.
