The Role of Program Strategy and Partnership in Open Door

I lead a team at Open Door that focuses on program strategy, growth, agent users, and acquisitions. We design incentives to bring Open Door as an option to agents' customers and oversee partner relationships. Successful partnerships for me are when both sides are equally happy, even with competitors.
