Self-confidence is a human's natural state
Human beings are inherently confident, as exemplified through children who possess a natural belief in themselves. This self-confidence exists until societal influences introduce self-doubt and the perception of failure. Specifically, when a child learns to walk, they repeatedly fall yet continue to attempt walking without the self-critical mindset attributed to adult thinking. The notion of feeling like a failure is a learned behavior that develops later, not an intrinsic characteristic of human nature.
