Bugatti's Racing Strategy and Sales Growth
Bugatti's sales growth was fueled by winning races in the early 1920s. Initially resistant, Bugatti eventually added blowers to his competitors' disbelief and dominated the races. Bugatti believed that winning on the racetrack would take care of sales. Racing showcased the quality of his cars and brought him publicity. Bugatti was constantly willing to build something new and not rest on his laurels.
