Certainty in Yes or No, but not Algorithmically
Determining if a finite set of polyomino shapes can cover the plane is a question with a definite yes or no answer, although there is no algorithm that can provide this answer. Similarly, in AI systems learning how to identify objects like cats in photographs, the process is not algorithmic, and you cannot determine the exact program the machine learning system will apply. While neural networks may output an algorithmic-like program after running and analyzing their output, this is achieved through allowing the networks to navigate the dataset rather than being algorithmically predetermined.
