How to Use a Laptop to Focus on Work

To maintain attention and avoid eye fatigue, it is important to ensure that whatever you are looking at is directly in front of you and does not extend too far out to the side. Looking at a narrow space, such as a window or a screen, requires eye movements that create alertness but also require energy and can fatigue the eyes. To prevent eye fatigue, it is recommended to take a break every 45 minutes and engage in MagnaSeller panoramic vision for at least five minutes. This can be done by taking a walk, preferably outside.
