Stakeholder management and design team challenges in experimentation
Stakeholder management can be tricky. Sometimes it's the hippo, the highest-paid person's opinion, that shapes the design. Other times, it's the design team wanting perfection. But as experimentation people, we don't always need perfection. We just need to know if it's good enough to test. Spending 70 hours on a design that doesn't work is a waste. The problem is not usually with the design teams, but with the creative director or director of brand who miss the point. We need to have conversations to speed up the experimentation process.
