Effectiveness of Time-Restricted Feeding on Muscle Hypertrophy

Current measures of looking at hypertrophy may not be sensitive enough to detect subtle differences between time-restricted feeding and traditional eating patterns. While some studies showed diminished muscle hypertrophy with specific eating patterns, for the majority, the difference may not be significant, especially for non-bodybuilders. It is recommended to structure training within the eating window and take advantage of the body's heightened metabolism post-workout.
