i like to have very specific goals in my personal life. One of them is learning to code, and i'm actualygoing to track it every day for a year. I think if you really do want to learn outside of your job, then make it a priority. If you don't have some sort of k p i or mechanism for tracking your progress in your personal life, your job is always going to take precedent.
