Dealing with Invitations

Evaluate invitations by asking: Do I want to do it? Can I do it? Should I do it?
Differentiate between 'have to' and 'good to' shoulds; 'shoulds' cause the most trouble.
Imagine the event is tonight; if you're not excited, decline.
Respond to all invitations with courtesy, as the invitation itself is a compliment.
