The Importance of Exercise, Particularly Resistance Training

Being sedentary is a toxic problem, but exercise doesn't have to be extreme. Prioritizing resistance training in your exercise routine is super important. Just being active, like walking, is often recommended for older adults, but resistance training is often seen as a pastime for bros, which is a big problem. However, a 10 to 15 minute walk after eating, learned from back pain expert Stu McGill, has been a superpower for relieving lower back pain and overall health.
