NOTE

The TFL muscle and its functions in the body

The TFL, or Tensor Fasciae Latae, is a muscle on the outside of the thigh that helps balance the pelvis. It is used for abducting the hip, like an alien abduction, and can get sore from activities like giving piggyback rides. The Psoas Major is a large muscle that connects the upper and lower body and can cause lower back pain. It is located inside the lower back and is equivalent to the tenderloin in animals. Stenosis, an abnormal narrowing, is also discussed, particularly in relation to the lumbar spine and the pressure it puts on nerves causing pain.
