Focus should be defined by progress and transformation rather than by effort or quantity of time spent. True focus is not about busyness, but about making meaningful changes and progress. It's important to shift our perspective on focus from measuring how long or how intensely we do something to how much we have transformed and progressed over a period of time. Even when we feel like we haven't been focused, we might have actually made significant changes. Focus is about the quality of transformation, not the quantity of time or effort invested.
