Gradually Increase Steps and Training Volume
Increasing daily steps gradually by around 10-20%, particularly if below 2000 steps a day, can significantly improve health. When adding steps, aim for increments of around 2000 steps a day. For most, adding an extra 2000 steps per week can create a caloric deficit.
