The key to happiness is to find strategies that fit your personality, lifestyle, values, strengths, and weaknesses. This was a theme in the book 'The How of Happiness', which detailed 12 different strategies for happiness, but acknowledged that there are really around 100 strategies. The advice is to choose what fits for you, as different practices work for different people. For example, while gratitude is a powerful practice, the way it is practiced may need to vary to suit different individuals. The point is that practices like meditation, gratitude, exercise, and positive thinking may fit some people better than others, and it's important to choose what works best for you.
